Additional Photos from Epstein's Property Disclosed by Democratic Party US Congress Members

Site layouts for the financier's private tropical island among the released materials.

Furthermore contained in this new document release seems to be a property layout for Great St James island, situated in the US Virgin Islands.

Jeffrey Epstein purchased a smaller island - Little St James - originally in 1998, but subsequently obtained the more expansive adjacent island in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.

This visual evidence suggest he had formulated ambitious plans to transform the substantial island by constructing homes, an performance venue, an underwater office and a reservoir.

Visible on the blueprint is Pillsbury Sound, a marine passage in the US Virgin Islands, marked on the south-eastern section.

The architectural drawing is covered in notations in red and contains a notes section labelling various parts of the property.

Accompanying this are what appear to be an additional nine property layouts and engineering blueprints, such as designs for boat shelters.

More images made public as part of the current oversight disclosure.
